The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Director and department to include preparing key reports and documentation for senior meetings. An important part of the role will include the drafting and updating PowerPoint presentations, so expertise in PowerPoint is essential. General administrative support will also be required, to include diary management, arranging of meetings and conference room bookings. The need to work pro-actively in a busy team, to support deadlines is a must.
Skills Required:
Risk Administrator Advanced proficency in Microsoft PowerPoint, word and Microsoft Excel experience
Skills Preferred:
An excellent self-starter/pro-active professional is required to join a small core function department as an experienced Executive Administrator. Key Responsibilities include: Project co-ordination for key strategic and operational activities with In-House functions, Parent Company and External Third Parties. Administrative support, diary management and international travel scheduling. Co-ordination of various high-level projects (including scheduling, timetabling, preparation of agenda and packs) Preparation of Power-point presentations (intended audiences will include Board Members, Third Parties etc.) Administration and support on project issues including dealing with suppliers based both in the UK and overseas. General day-to-day assistance for both the Director and Team Management.
Experience Required:
Previous experience of working in a support capacity within a corporate or commercial environment Experience of co-ordinating large, cross-functional projects (timetabling meetings including tele-presence, circulating project packs and agendas, preparing presentations etc.) Exceptional Power-point Presentation Skills are essential as is excellent literacy. Ability to prioritise and manage your workload amidst conflicting demands, anticipate needs before they arise and work independently. High level of Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the business and different cultures.
Experience Preferred:
Sound business background and a level of project management experience. Automotive experience an Advantage
