The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
•Arranging UK and overseas travel, visas and accommodation
•Extensive diary and appointment management
•Attending senior management meetings to take minutes and produce actions
•To screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
•Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
•Organising administration tasks such as car pick up
•Dealing with incoming email, often corresponding on behalf of the Director and leadership team
•Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the senior management team are well prepared for meetings
•Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
•Arranging off-site internal events
•Managing and maintaining effective document filing system
•Competent user of Microsoft Office applications such as Word
•PowerPoint and Excel in addition to Google Applications i.e. Gmail

Key skills Required

•Management of Purchase Orders and invoicing
•At least 5 years working as a PA at a senior level
•Excellent PA/secretarial skills
•Energetic and proactive approach
•Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a structured way to a high standard against deadlines
•Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with a high degree of discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
•Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Google Mail and associated sites, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
•Ability to build good working relationships and networks
•Enthusiasm, flexibility, willingness and reliability
•Proactive, a self-starter and able to use own initiative
•Ability to pushback and influence whilst maintaining positive working relationships
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience of working within a Global organisation is preferable
