The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
The role will be based within the TURBO business transformation programme. TURBO, supports the company's ambitious worldwide growth plans, by helping improve the way we run the company. The programme is working with people from the business to redesign entire processes (from their start to finish) to simplify and standardise the way we work. The re-designed business processes will be supported by using the world renowned SAP Enterprise Resource Planning solution. The successful candidate will support the Solution Delivery management with the maintenance of the Solution Delivery Resource plan (~150 people) and associated budget (~ £27m) team with administration aspects of the Solution Delivery worksstream.
Day to day responsibilities will include such activities as ;
o Keeping resource plan up to date in line with requirements from TURBO Wave zero B, Wave 1 and eSMART
o Making regular financial projections based on resource plan
o Tracking actuals vs budget and providing management reports
o Validating invoices and providing OK to approve
o Raising financial and resource documentation into FRC and tracking status
o Maintaining CMTS in line with TURBO and eSMART plans
o Liaising with Business Office on ITPP renewals o Maintaining job specifications
o Liaising with TTL on resource requirements and renewals
o Raising Change requests, Issues and Risks as required

Skills Required:
Personal attirbutes of the successful candidate include :
o Excellent Excel Skills (Ideally on 2010)
o Being highly self-motivated and energetic requiring the minimum brief to undertake tasks.
o Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with effective prioritisation.
o The ability to communicate effectively as a key member of a project team both verbally and in written form.
o Ability to deliver work within tight timescales.

Skills Preferred:
o Prior experience of working in a programme environment is an advantage.
o An understanding of cost systems and resource management is beneficial.

Experience Required:
2 year + Adminstration experience

Education Required:
A level or equivalent
