The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
- Technical Clerk/ Admin Assistant for Vehicle Dynamics to co-ordinate departmental Travel, Overtime, Facility Hire, Budgets, OFCR, Stationery etc.

Skills Required:
- Co-ordination of departmental resources in support of PAT Leaders and the Vehicle Dynamics department as a whole, includes bookings for test facilities, travel, stationery, overtime etc.
- Must have a good grasp of MS Office, especially in the use of Excel.
- Good communication essential and must have the ability to work as pert of a busy team.
- Full drivers licence is essential.

Skills Preferred:
- Familiarity with specific business applications and systems, e.g. eTracker system, LSSR would be an advantage.

Experience Required:
- Administration and business systems development within business environment.

Experience Preferred:
- Some previous experience of working in a vehicle development department, and/or in a large car manufacturing organisation.

Education Required:
- A good standard of general education appropriate to a business environment.
- Relevant experience and attitude more critical than qualification.
