The Role:
Implementing the UWT strategy that will ensure consistent adoption and deployment of UWT solutions across. Consistently work with internal and external partners to leverage resources and competencies. Utilizes the Company's processes and Agile Project Management principles to deliver on UWT technology projects for new workflows across the organization.
Providing role model leadership to constantly increase RM Organizational capability and performance.
o Determine Organizational Capability / Resource needs to ensure successful execution of the RM program. Plan, prepare and monitor capital budget for projects.
o Practices visible leadership behaviours to foster a safe and efficient work environment, care for the environment, teamwork, effective communication and continuous improvement.
Define and develop program execution plans and metrics that define projects success. Develop and track projects execution schedules, establish deliverables and take corrective actions as needed.
o Collaborates closely with ETC RPE, IT, and UWT Central deployment Teams for application development to build rapid solution adoption. Ensure compliance of IT standards and processes were applicable.
o Collaborate with senior leaders, peers and stakeholders to ensure effective project deployment plans and solution adoption. The collaboration may include UWT Coordinator, IT Coordinator, Change Management, UWT Project Management Office (PMO) and Technical Staff. Works with SME's; leverage them as needed.
Support Business Unit UWT Coordinator in terms of program design, planning, deployment, and supervising across the individual PC’s.
Provide technical advice and assistance as well as project management expertise to UWT Self deployment adoptions.
Promote and participate in project reviews and audits.
Assist Project Manager and project teams in project planning and project controls to ensure project delivery on time and on budget.
Align UWT solutions implementation schedule and deliverables with the “end of life” asset development plans for each Profit Center.
Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with RM and Operations Staff and ensure that the asset management plans are supported by the UWT solutions;
Develop and present in conjunction with asset teams, new well locations, re-completion campaigns, well optimization projects, and economic evaluations in support of new drills, well re-completions, and well optimizations using the tools offered by UWT Solutions.
Take a lead role in championing new technology where appropriate.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with preference given to Petroleum Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in reservoir engineering, petroleum engineering or geology.
Broad engineering experience
Ability to direct work in other disciplines
Exposure to oil field operations is required
Knowledge in the upstream application environment
Ability to work effectively on teams, respecting other's opinions, valuing diversity, building consensus and assisting others to accomplish team goals and objectives
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
A deep understanding of Well and Asset Life cycle Management
Highly analytical, logical and business oriented
Should have good analytical and problem solving capability, detail-oriented individual.
