The Company:
Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
Main Purpose of the Role

- To identify and exploit market opportunities which will lead to increased sales of parts and labour hours.
- Increase revenue and profitability for the Company and the authorised repair network.
- To maximise Aftersales revenue opportunities.
- To increase the value per car achieved in all product groups.
- To increase retention rates across all age segments.

Scope of the Role

1. Identify market opportunities through analysis of:
• Competitor activity (peer group + parts competition).
• Network feedback.
• Industry information.

2. Identify market opportunities through analysis of:
• Parts sale data at a sub group level.
• Accessory sale data at a product level.
• Historic sale trends to highlight products in either growth or decline.

3. In conjunction with the Central Aftersales team deliver specific locally focused marketing initiatives that can be introduced by the Regional teams. These to be pertinent to the individual product segment.

4. To consolidate all examples of industry best practice and to disseminate these to the wider dealer network.

5.To introduce a robust suite of KPI’s to monitor:
• Parts value per car.
• Accessory value per car.
• Customer retention
• Penetration into AOI,
• Overhead absorption etc.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educated to degree level or equivalent.
- Retail sales experience (preferably automotive).
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to conduct or oversee market research activities.
- Ability to develop and introduce specific business focused initiatives to drive parts and labour sales.
