The Role:
Support the Aftersales Marketing Manager by managing the implementation of our central marketing campaigns and performance programmes across all Central and regional functions, with additional responsibility for the production of product-oriented marketing collateral, as required by the Aftersales Strategy and in line with the Brand Language. Delivering high quality collateral and performance data on time and on budget.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Aftersales Performance Programme Management
* Work with external agencies and internal stakeholders in the on-going management of 4 key performance programmes. Ensuring information is presented accurately and on time, to budget

2. Marketing Communications Project Management
* Manage collateral production projects across a board range of products including Parts and Accessories
This will include:
* The briefing of agencies on complex marketing projects
* Supporting on-site photography and/or film shoots
* Coordinate concept development, art working, translations, printing and production of marketing materials in line with annual plan
* Support communication of projects to stakeholders

3. Asset Bank maintenance
* Manage the on-going maintenance of the Asset Bank as required
* Lead the updates where relevant of DMN through the uploading of new assets as approved by the Aftersales Communications Manager

4. Supplier Communication
* Regular communication with suppliers to negotiate best price, deliver against timelines and to deliver highest quality outcomes as required by the business

5. Budget Administration
* Administration of a budget related to any given project ensuring and variances are identified in a timely fashion.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to effectively plan, organise and prioritise
* Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
* Excellent command of the English language and experience of communicating effectively in both written and verbal form
* Experience working in a marketing role either client or agency side.
* Previous experience of marketing materials production
* Must be able to demonstrate enthusiastic and flexible approach to working practices
* Competent budget administration
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to build relationships with key customer stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Confident user of all key Microsoft Office programmes
