The Company:
Major Oil and Gas Operator

The Role:
The position is responsible for supporting pre- and post-employment activities related to the Agency Staffing companies for GPO Angola Developments and for the PSS contract within the Company's Major Project, with specific day-to-day responsibility for:

Invoicing & Reporting

•Contract compliance of Contingent Labour and PSS invoices, including resolution of invoice queries, verification, and audit where required
•Liaising with Finance and vendors on issues relating to contract and billing policy and procedure compliance
•Maintain confidential records of PSS personnel rates, fees and terms and conditions, including historical
•Co-ordinate Contingent Labour and PSS various recruitment and statistical Monthly Reports, ensuring deadlines are met

Personnel Approval (PAF) process and Recruitment

•Administration of the Personnel Approval (PAF) process within the boundaries of the approved manning plans, including liaising with line managers on process, roles & responsibilities, approvals and notifications
•Interface with the Manpower Cost Engineer on all changes and additions to the approved manning plans


•Liaise with line managers, PSCM, and PSS Representatives regarding the sourcing and recruitment activity

General Support

•Respond to day-to-day Contingent Labour and PSS Contract queries, with direction from Manager as required
•Liaise with Finance to ensure compliance with invoicing practices and procedures
•Assist the Performance Manager with performance reviews of the Contingent Labour and PSS Contractors
•Assist in developing and implementing improvements to existing processes and procedures to incorporate best practise

It is expected that the incumbent will have a significant interface with the Contingent Labour and PSS Representatives, and as such they are expected to uphold a professional face for the company through continuous demonstration of professional work practices and compliance with company ethics requirements.The incumbent will be required to ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled in the appropriate manner.

This role is full time and based in the UK, supporting world-wide activity

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of undertaking invoicing contract compliance essential
Experience in understanding contracts advantageous
High level of IT competency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
Pro-active work ethic, with the ability to intervene and take the lead in resolving issues that may arise
Team player with a positive attitude

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience of working in the Oil and Gas Industry is preferred but not essential
