The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Assist in coordinating the projects agency engagement (recruitment) requirements (Contractors) process.
• Assist and support position owners through the end to end Agency Engagement and position management process.
• Logistical support in creating contracts for individuals through Niche or Program Management providers
• Provide support in developing job descriptions, completing required Agency Engagement forms and coordinating with ABU Agency Program Team to release positions on contractor portal.
• Coordination of and attendance to candidate interviews and offers.
• Coordinate, attend and lead monthly Upstream meetings to ensure that forecast mobilization dates are accurate.
• Monitor contract end dates and initiate contact with position owner to obtain approval for extension. Process Advisor/PM Support
• Assist with the Onboarding and Offboarding processes in conjunction with Onboarding and the Project Admin Teams.
• Maintain Upstream Agency Contractor Database and Current Open Positions Spreadsheet
• Liaise with Agency Program Team on rates & reimbursables.
• Assist with office and space planning and contractors offices. Systems/Contract Management
• Prepare monthly Upstream reports on forecast mobilization dates for agency, niche and program management positions.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports to include number of engagements, vacancies, fill strategy, exceptions, fill rate and vacancy profile (replacement, unplanned, planned) for agency contractors only.
• Ensure Agencies are completing due diligence checks (references, medical and rights to work/ visa requirements) and complying to the terms of their master agreement with CVX.
• Request, quality check and obtain relevant approvals for TAD (temporary assignment details) forms from agency vendors.
• Raise all Ariba work request for new positions and renewals / extensions. • Update the value on all Ariba personnel work requests to account for extensions or contract end/termination.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• HR Background preferred but not necessary
• Oil & Gas experience is preferred. Contractor Recruitment.
• Microsoft Suite – Intermediate to Advanced, Understanding of ERP systems. Recruitment /HR/ Administration / Mature Interpersonal Skills. Attention to detail, genuine like for people, professional outlook and manner, highly effective written and verbal communication skills, solution orientated and proactive, high level of organisation and self motivation, understanding of organisational requirements.
