The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Day-to-day supervision and support of Agency Program Advisors to ensure high level customer service and consistent application of policy, procedures and processes
• Receives escalated concerns from the agency vendor or Agency Program Advisors and implement solutions to resolve
• Support delivery of the agency engagement function to the business by providing advice on more complex policy issues
• Coordinate agency projects as indicated on the team plan
• Engage with Change Management consultant to develop and maintain internal communications for the business unit directly associates with the engagement of agency personnel
• Develop policies and procedures where required to support the integrity of the agency engagement process and ensure process documentation and communication material is reviewed regularly
• Identify process issues and implement solutions to ensure integrity of the agency engagement process
• Coordinate quarterly meetings with agency vendors including preparing agendas and taking minutes to ensure discussion action items and records are maintained.
• Support the contract advisor of staff augmentation to clarify and ensure compliance with the contract scope of work and deliverables.
• Support the Contract Owner in the performance management of agency suppliers including developing KPIs for agency vendors, business reporting and reporting of compliance breaches by agencies to enforcing contractual consequences.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years relevant experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role gained within a large, global organisation
• Sound understanding of staff augmentation policy and contracts
• Ability to influence outcomes and effect change
• Demonstrable experience in interpreting complex corporate and local company policy
• Solid relationship building skills with the ability to engage with a broad range of individuals across all levels
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in the oil and gas or resources sector is advantageous
