The Company:
Our client, a major international oil and gas operator, seeks AIR Coordinator to join the team in Houston, Texas!

The Role:
AIR Coordinator – Core Roles and Responsibilities (Focus on Project Management of Change)

• Primary duty is PMOC Coordinator but also has AIR Team responsibilities for decision administration, lessons learned, and PEP coordination.

-PMOC Responsibilities include the following:
-Interfaces with HPP team to administer PMOC changes, coordinates most activities of the PMOC process
-Develops PMOC agenda, takes minutes and posts
-Maintain and audit the recordkeeping system for PMOC
-Provide subject matter expertise on PMOC Process
-Maintains metrics on the PMOC process and provides for reporting
-Reviews PMOC process effectiveness and provides inputs to the PMOC Process detailed plan if process changes
-Acts as a resource to PMOC initiators, Owners, Functional Reviewers and Approver
-Facilitates PMOC item closures
-Acts as administrator for decision log

• Responsible for the overall delivery of the project’s Key Decision Process. Decision Process responsibilities include the following:
-Provides subject matter expertise on the Decision Process
-Assists decision owners with determining information required for a decision and the approval process
-Maintains metrics on the decision process and provides for reporting
-Coordinates with the project Decision Analyst if needed for a decision or Phase DSP
-Performs tracking, facilitation, and enables close out of decisions in an expeditious manner
-Elevates issues as appropriate

• Responsible for being the project’s Lessons Learned Champion. Responsibilities include:
-Actively solicits and documents lessons learned in the lessons learned register
-Acts as a resource to HPP team and contractors for lessons learned
-Adds applicable lessons learned from other projects to register

• Responsible for coordinating the projects PEP (Project Execution Plan). Responsibilities include:
-Administers and owns the PEP Tracking Tool
-Acts as resource to PEP focus area and detailed plan owners
-Facilitates logistics for PEP status meeting, takes minutes and posts
-Stays current with PRC PEP expectations and suggests improvements
-Acts as technical POC for PEP assurance engagements
-Performs tracking, facilitation, and enables approvals of PEP plans in an expeditious manner

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Job Selection Criteria/Experience –
-At least 5 years of experience working project management of change on a major capital project in execution phase (i.e. construction phase – Phase 4)
-7+ years working project execution planning on major capital projects
-Strong in writing, computer and mathematical skills
-Good people skills
• Experience working with projects or programs preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
