The Role:
The Assurance, Interface, and Risk (AIR) Coordinator will be responsible for managing many processes that extend across multiple disciplines on the project and own/implement the following project processes throughout the project
Project's Interface Management Plan (IMP) - facilitate the identification, management and close-out of internal and external interfaces between FEED & EPCI contractors, Company project teams (construction/commissioning, and facilities) and existing CABGOC operations.
Exchange of key information between NOJV backbone and hook-up projects, operations, EPCI contractors and suppliers.
Reviews effectiveness of the contractors internal and external interface plans.
Implements the project's Risk Management Plan (RMP) using RIMS database to facilitate the identification, management and close-out of risks and action items.
Ensures risks are identified, recorded and mitigation strategies are in-place and tracked.
Leads PEP Development and updates.
Leads implementation of project's assurance activities (leading up to, and including, the Peer Review), decision records, project's Scope Management including MOC and Design Change Management to control changes of scope locked down in Phases 2, 3 and 4.
Manages Lessons Learned - external lessons learned are identified and implemented, and Project lessons learned are captured and shared.
Work closely with the overall facilities team to champion an Incident and Injury Free culture.
Deal with a wide range of engineering, design, construction, systems completion, and handover issues spanning the projects EPCI bid award and execution phases.
Participate with other members of the project team in the preparation of key project documents such as System Completion, start-up, and transition to permanent operations.
Organize and facilitate monthly functional and PMT risk and interface reviews (including pre-read and follow up)
Generate quarterly risk and interface reports and monthly PMT updates
Generate weekly overdue action reports • Assist the team with the submission of new risk and interface items
Ensure new risks and interface items are assessed and assigned in a timely manner
Assist project team members with development of mitigation / action plans
Provide training for new team members
Maintain the RIMS application (adding new team members, removing old team members, updating Timing milestones, etc.)
Facilitate the approval, close out and filing of completed risk and interface mitigation plans
Develop required documentation for the Peer Reviews
Provide input into the PEP
Work with functional project leads and project members to include high impact risks and interfaces in RIMS
Provide additional ad hoc support as required Lessons Learned and Management of Change Activities Manage the lessons learned and Management of Change process
Manage the lessons learned and Management of Change process database
Conduct ad hoc meetings to review functional lessons from other projects for application
Provide input into the PEP
Develop required documentation for the Peer Review
Provide additional ad how support as required Provide additional support to the AIR manager as required (e.g. FEED diagram, assistance with interface, etc.)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
College / University, Bachelors degree
5+ years of experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
BPM or Lean/Six Sigma Preferred but will consider other certification
