The Company:
Our client (big oil & gas company) is looking for Aircraft Operations Supervisor

Only for Sakhalin residents

The Role:
The job responsibilities of the Aircraft Operations Supervisor are identified on the basis and in the scope of the qualification requirements, and may be amended and identified according to the Job Description as required.
Job Description:
Act for a Senior Aviation Operations Supervisor during his absence.
Assist in the day to day aviation operations.
Liaise with other oil companies regarding shared flights and schedules.
Visit the Nogliki airport on a regular basis to meet the Company’s aviation contractors with a view to resolve issues connected with air transportation activities performed both by fixed and rotary wing aircrafts, as well as provision of other air services.
Take part in the development and periodical revision of the Company’s regulatory documents, policies and procedures related to air operations supporting the Company’s day-to-day performance, provision of aviation support to evacuation, emergency response, recovery and other types of air operations.
Perform duties of an ALG Duty Logistic Officer within the COMPANY Emergency Response Coordination Team.
Together with Aviation Logistics Coordinator develop the aviation statistics and Key Performance Indicators.
Develop and implement the offshore helidecks inspection program.
Develop and implement the onshore helipads inspection program.
Manage and carry out the Helideck staff competency assessment program
Assume responsibility for aviation support of the OSR (Oil Spill Response) operations.
Communicate, manage and support Nogliki Aviation Supervisor.
Liaise with Contractors on issues related to air safety management system and HSE as provided for by the contract terms, COMPANY rules and procedures.
Have knowledge of the Contractor’s technical regulations and procedures related to technical maintenance and ensuring the airworthiness of the aircraft fleet. Take control over activities performed to this end.
Execute other instructions related to provision of air service support to the Company.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the fundamental Russian and international civil aviation rules and standards
• Knowledge of the aviation SMS and QA system
• Knowledge of the offshore helicopter operations standards
• Knowledge of the OGP applicable standards
