The Company:
One of the world's leading private biotechnology companies, developing and manufacturing innovative biotechnology-based medicines for human healthcare products, with a focus on microbial-derived biologics .

The Role:
Following the restructuring of the shift pattern for the Roster Team to 24/7 cover,
following a “4-on, 4-off, 12 hour pattern”, four vacancies have become available
to work within the QC Operations Manufacturing Support Team.

The roles are Analyst, Lead Analyst or Senior Analyst, dependent upon experience,

The successful candidates will work as a member of a 4 man shift team,
reporting to the Roster Team Manager.
The primary focus of this team is to execute analysis supporting
Biologics Drug Substance manufacturing production with particular
focus on delivering results for critical in-process control, Drug Substance release,
stability support and cleaning validation samples RFT, on time, every time.

These positions provide an excellent development opportunity for
applicants who want to further expand their analytical, planning and
supervisory skills, but also be involved in interdepartmental interactions,
especially with Manufacturing Operations, Analytical Development and
Programme Teams.

Successful applicants would ideally have some or all of the experience below:
cGMP analytical activities (good documentation practices)
Root Cause Analysis Trained (investigation writing)
At least 2 years of experience within an analytical role
Method Qualification
Microbial, Biological and Chemistry testing
A proven ability to follow methods, monographs and protocols

The job holder must exhibit a desire to broaden their experience in
multiple analytical techniques and show excellent communication and
planning skills, have the ability to provide detailed and concise
handovers to their peers and be able to prioritise work to meet
business demands.
