The Role:
Job summary:
 To advise, manage and operate material inbound, outbound, trades programs and other related activities happened in customs Free Zone (FZ) privilege
 To coordinate with customs operational staffs (GSC- Customs) and brokers to ensure the accuracy of import record, including customs retention upon customs requirement
 To support the internal document review and taxes guideline or recommendation to both internal and external parties including customs brokers.
 To support Free Zone start up activities, including maintain process/desk procedure
 To analyze, support the document submission process, in relation to FZ origin to 3rd. independent party and follow up approval status.
 To ensure an accuracy and timely update customs trade data base system
 To provide support work in relation to BOI
 To be trained (on the job training) in each Fin-customs function areas
 To support the new customs project initiative as assigned by team/project leader

Job responsibilities:
 To monitor, review import/local inbound material process from overseas both consolidated and none consolidated shipment to FZ or other privileges effectively in future
 To ensure that overseas import shipment process is implemented smoothly and in aligned with TH customs requirements
 To monitor the accuracy of customs import material reconciliation process (at receiving point), and adjustment in customs system by working with GSC-Customs – monthly
 To provide operational recommendations/suggestions for an existing and future customs operation to operational team, including temporary removal from FZ process
 To establish, maintain and improve existing customs inbound and scrap processes
 To review/comment customs import/export/domestic monthly report before submission to TH customs
 To extend and monitor annual payment of FZ fee, and regular FZ layout up date. To support trade management processes and FZ origin control, including submission production process to 3rd. party approval
 To support outbound and domestic sales process
 To support new project analysis as assigned by team/project leader
 To interface with customs official located at plant site for operation difficulty –timely
 To conduct customs internal post audit process
 Being responsible and maintain an expertise on customs system (TMS-II). Able to support, research, recommended when users face difficulty
 To monitor, maintain, advise the import shipment of M&E under FZ privilege
 To support customs API project –focus on the readiness on inbound side
 To support process improvement and efficiency
 To support Chevrolet Sales Thailand customs project – as assigned

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications :
 Business Administration, or Finance, or Accounting, or International Transportation background at minimum bachelor level, preferable from well-known university
 Understand basic customs fundamental, privileges, and regulation
 Understand customs import/export process and logistic terminology are beneficial
 Basic tax knowledge e.g. BOI, excise tax etc., could beneficial
 Proficient in computer skill e.g. excel, micro soft word and power point and etc.
 Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both Thai and English.
 Good analysis skill
 Be able to handle multiple tasking within a limited time and short dateline
 Details oriented, logical thinking and be able to handle or manage massive customs data records
 Being a self-motivated, objective-oriented person and be able to work independently
 Being a pro-active, initiative with strong ability to use customs/financial skill with related parties
