The Company:
Our Client, a major LNG Operator is one of the most successful global energy suppliers in the world has an immediate requirement for Stock Analyst for their Supply Department.

The Role:
Job Purpose

Coordinates and manage the alignment and implementation of strategies, processes, guidelines, tools and KPIs for MRP Management system in line with the Company Objectives so as to achieve operational excellence in plant operation in terms of reliability, productivity, efficiency and cost.

To manage the existing MRP functionalities & processes and ensures that the correct quantities and types of spare parts and consumables are available to key customers.

To control and provide detailed analysis of on-hand inventory. Maintain stock levels and provide essential support to the operational material requirements of the Company in a cost-effective manner.

Key Result Areas:

Coordinates and implement the Materials Replenishment Planning strategies based on Operational & Strategic Forecasting & to ensure that Stock items are replenished timely & efficiently

Coordinates & execute the inventory analysis while improving overall inventory performance.

Coordinates and execute the annual stock reviews to ensure optimization of Inventory is realized across the Company

Co-ordinates periodic reviews of SAP based inventory system to reconcile stock records with actual stock.

Plans and controls the development, integrity and maintenance of the Company’s Material Replenishment Program to suit the Operational needs of a World Class Global Energy Supplier.

Supervises and co-ordinates the activities of assigned personnel involved in Inventory planning. Includes allocation and prioritizing of work programs, and providing guidance to the team including Analysts and Controllers

Provides expert advice on SAP in the area of MRP to own personnel and internal client user departments to clarify misunderstandings and arrives at a solution that ends uncertainty or dispute, makes a choice or judgment, resolve difficult problems and take corrective action To bring into common action, condition, or harmony; to produce a smooth operation

Ensures adherence to all EHS policies, procedures and standards to safeguard Company personnel and assets.

Keeps abreast of latest international developments in MRP systems, procedures and technologies for the possible benefit of the Company.

Plans and Coordinates the data extraction from SAP system for the internal customers as and when required for any continues improvements & to recommend any improvement opportunities within the Inventory Management.

Coordinates and identifies all Critical and Non-critical Stock Materials on a movement basis and leads the optimization of all stock levels to suit the business.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering or any Professional Qualification in a related field.

Minimum 5 year’s experience in Materials Replenishment Planning and Inventory Management Field environment within the oil and gas sector, and at least 5 years at the supervisor level.

Hand-on experience and knowledgeable in SAP MRP functionalities and has vast experience in Oil & Gas MRP environment

High level of computer literacy and a good knowledge of standard office software, with knowledge of Computerized Stock Management Software, SAP MRP an advantage.

Excellent written and oral English skills.

Good leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member.

Good adaptability to multinational environments, with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
