The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
A new vacancy has arisen for an Analyst/Trainer to join the Project Information Management team to ensure that all stakeholders have full knowledge of the IPIM system in order to effectively undertake their roles.

Key Technical Deliverables include:
•Stakeholder Management and Training
•Maintain a stakeholder register for all users of the IPIM System
•Plan, develop and execute training sessions for all new starters to the Project Team
•Create and update training materials
•Track and manage frequently asked questions and end-user quick user guides.
•Maintain all IPIM intranet content

Continuous Improvement
•Progressively develop knowledge of all in-scope IPIM processes
•Proactively share knowledge with the IPIM team

Critical skills/capabilities:
•Training strategy and planning, training session development and execution
•Training material development and long term knowledge transfer
•Stakeholder Management
•Knowledge and understanding of document management and document control processes
•Demonstrates analytical thinking and has the ability to problem solve
•Ability to proactively contribute to improvements in organisational capabilities
•Ability to identify and prioritise issues with the level of judgment to solve or escalate as required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•5+ years’ experience providing training including strategic planning
•Experience of tracking, managing and liaising with stakeholders
•Experience of dealing with resistance to change with demonstrable success
•Experience of using one or more document control and document management systems
•Experience of working as part of team
•Experience of contributing to the authoring and review of training materials and user guides.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience of Coreworx and Brava (preferable, but not essential)
