The Role:
A Technical School Diploma in Electrical, Electronic and Catering Equipment Technology
5 – 7 years hands on experience in Operations and Maintenance of Facilities/ Utilities Equipment
Experience in Project estimating and execution
Electrical, Gas fitting and Control Equipment experience and qualifications.
Computer literate. Ability to learn and use new software systems such as; DataStream 7i
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Knowledge and understanding of RoK Safety, MSDS, Health & Environmental legislation
Ability to read, interpret and understand electrical schematic diagrams
Can perform and lead electrical technicians in preventative and corrective maintenance work order requests and project works
Extensive knowledge and experience to safely and correctly use testing instruments and accurately interpret parameters obtained
Provide and coach technicians and team leaders with BKM (Best Known Method) in performing preventative and corrective maintenance and project works
Ability to forecast, organize and execute all work order requests assigned in a timely and safe manner
Awareness of latest technological standards in the field of electricity, electronics, catering appliance instrumentation and control
Ability to prepare Equipment reports, Failure analysis and track equipment uptime/ downtime status
Ability to understand and be familiar with general Maintenance work flow processes, procedures and systems
