The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
My operator Client has a vacancy for an Area Construction Manager E&I - Nightshift. The role is for 9 months, to be based on Barrow Island on a 28/28 rotation.

Position Responsibilities

25% HES
• Promote a positive safety culture by active participation in development, implementation and enforcement of the safety
procedures.
• Conduct HSE audits
• Implementation within the team the company’s Health, Environmental Protection and Safety policies and procedures,
ensuring that all subordinates and co-workers strictly observe and comply with all company safety regulations.
• Lead and actively participate in incident investigations for incidents
• Work directly with contractors on safety performance

50% Incident Free Operation
As Construction Manager for all E&I construction scope on Trains 1 / 2 / 3 on BWI, to ensure that the construction integrity is maintained during all site instrument/electrical execution activities.
• The correct tasks are completed as scheduled
• Performance deviations are managed in line with business processes
• The right prioritization placed on works
• The quality process are implemented in line with expectations
• Efficient construction resource scheduling
• Reliable material identification and delivery
• Ensuring consistent and efficient task execution
• Input into schedules and cost
• Ensure consistency of work within the instrument electrical discipline by alignment with the instrument electrical group
in the process and inlet area and the instrument electrical engineering team.
• Work with Perth engineering to ensure contractor deliverables are issued as per plan
• Provide support as required for problem solving.
• Ensure all E&I controls are effectively implemented.
• Isolation integrity
