The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Member of a multi-functional execution project team responsible for planning, coordination, field supervision and engineering input relating to all construction activities relating to the general services scope of works.
• Ensures facilities are built and installed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications and that applicable project safety and environmental instructions are being followed.
• Uses a Management of Change process as required to document changes.
• Commits to and champions the development and implementation of a safe working environment for everyone on the project and the continuing establishment of an incident and injury free culture.
• Works directly with the construction contractor(s) to manage and oversee day to day construction activities and related issues on for the OSBL (offsite battery limits) general services scope of work.
• Report to the OSBL Senior Construction Manager opportunities / problems, options and suggested resolutions to site issues.
• Prepares notices of non conformance.
• Prepares the scope of work for site instructions and change notices.
• Oversees contractor performance and required deliverables (HSEQ, quality, cost, schedule and documentation).
• Demonstrates knowledge of applicable project and industry codes, standards and specifications related to the design and construction of related plant.
• Effectively manage and control change.
• Apply CPDEP and Capital Stewardship principles to maintain effective communications and the free flow of information between work groups in order to assess and minimize the impact of Concession Requests, schedule changes, and technical interface queries / issues.
• Ensure any changes do not compromise project objectives.
• Work with Engineering and Commissioning teams to ensure equipment preservation, installation and testing programs are appropriate and do not compromise equipment performance.
• Assist Construction Management to ensure effective construction completion, including documentation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Higher Diploma / BSc
• 10+ years construction supervision

• Safety leadership, contract management and construction supervision

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Civil / Mechanical Background, and Project Engineering experience. Team player, effective leadership, good communicator. Excellent example for safe work culture.
