The Role:
- Full responsibility for his market: sales and customer support
- Manage customer relationships
- Generates leads and project development incl. offer strategy
- Understanding of customer needs
- Manages local agents (target setting with GM Sales, appraisal etc.)
- Arranges local exhibitions and customer events together with Marketing
- Present product portfolio to customers
- Customer consultancy and generating of customer demand.
- Support Marketing with market information
- Calls in Business Unit Manager for technical sales support
- Responsible to do Risk assessment analysis, where relevant
- Responsible for quotation submission and presentation
- Reports to GM Sales on CRM level, weekly customer visit plans and reports CC MD and relevant Sector Manager
- Continues market and competitor analysis
- Frequent exchange of information with Business Unit Manager.
