The Role:
Type: permanent
Location: Bangkok
The succesful candidate (Asian national, preferably based in Bangkok or willing to relocate) will handle the sales in all Asian countries (except Thailand, Philippines and Indonesia) and will be required to travel frequently.

Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for her/his market sales and customer support
- Manage customer relationships
- Generates leads and project development incl. offer strategy
- Understanding of customer needs
- Manages local agents (target setting with GM Sales, appraisal etc.)
- Arranges local exhibitions and customer events together with Marketing
- Present product portfolio to customers
- Customer consultancy and generating of customer demand.
- Support Marketing with market information
- Calls in Business Unit Manager for technical sales support
- Responsible to do Risk assessment analysis, where relevant
- Responsible for quotation submission and presentation
- Reports to GM Sales (German national) on CRM level, weekly customer visit plans and reports CC MD and relevant Sector Manager
- Continues market and competitor analysis
- Frequent exchange of information with Business Unit Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: technical background, ideally with Master engineering degree.
Excellent English language skills
