The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
- Work with colleagues in the OEM, Water, Robotics and Industry account teams to promote sales in territory
- Meet key turnover and profit targets
- Product budget for following year
- Strategic development of the Territory
- Perform regular business status reviews and propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
- Work in detail with company CRM, Salesforce
- Development of new direct accounts
- Key account management of direct accounts
- Gain product specification
- Manage existing and recruit new channel partners if required (including managing channel partner business plans)
- Technical and commercial support of partners and direct accounts
- Comfortable in presenting both technical and commercial propositions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- HND/HNC/B Eng in an engineering discipline

- Basic understanding of Motion Control and PLC systems

- Demonstrate excellent customer focus

- Business acumen

- Presentation skills and good networking skills

- Experience of working within F&B segment

- Able to size and put motion architecture together
