The Company:
Our client is an Engineering Services company, who are an international technical consultancy, providing a range of services including licence to operate, asset management, manufacturing improvement and capital investment to customers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and consumer industries worldwide

The Role:
To manage and develop sales of Motors and Generators with predefined roles and responsibilities and deliver an agreed sales budget, required profitability and planned growth objectives in line with department and BU strategies.

Duties and Responsiblities:

 Maximise the scope of the existing portfolio to sell and deliver added value solutions to customers.
 Promotion and support of other products as pull through
 To ensure compliance with Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountancy Policies.
 Prompt and accurate reporting of sales activities
 Input and gathering of new ideas and processes to assist developing strategic actions for growth
 Ensure ethical behaviour in line with code of conduct.
 Manage the environmental risks associated with the business unit.
 Awareness of general Health & Safety Rules and management thereof.
 Working knowledge of commercial aspects of product sales including contract law and management of risk.
 Excellent knowledge and experience of the Sales process.
 Conversant with the creation of Tender documentation.
 Planning and time management skills including management of remote staff
 Good keyboard skills and working knowledge of Standard Applications

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 Results Orientation
 In Depth Knowledge of Motors and Generators products and services.
 Demonstrate excellent customer focus.
 Good networking and strong people management skills.
 Results orientation.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
 Experience of various business sectors and industries
 Formal Qualification in a relevant engineering (i.e HNC/HND)
