The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
- Provide high quality administrative and assurance support to the DS Procurement Coordinator and other members of the team as required.
- Manage the printing, collation, administration, tracking and filing of all procurement related documentation for both the London and the Perth offices.
- Routinely reviews purchasing documents to ensure completeness and accuracy per described guidelines.
- Provides supplemental data input support for AQUA II system and ARIBA in peak activity periods.
- Proactively engage with relevant stakeholders to ensure the accurate tracking and progress of procurement documentation through the review and approvals process.
- Support the GDPC Secretary by coordinating and managing all GDPC documentation submissions and approvals.
- Assists with gathering additional approvals from GCRC and SCM Delegate as required.
- Support the DS procurement team with all aspects of travel including: Assisting with preparation of Request For Travel, obtaining approval of RFT, interfacing with CWT, coordination of itineraries & queries. Collate data for periodical Procurement Reports & Arrange and schedule meetings as required and ensure meeting rooms are booked and set up for meetings.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Well developed ability to prioritise tasks and action accordingly. Strong ability to multi-task is essential.
Attention to detail also required. Initiative to make decisions but also ability to know when to ask for guidance and management input. Strong communication and teamwork skills
