The Role:
Responsibilities:
Access the individual progress of the Programs’ Participants, identifying strengths and development needs.
Ensure smooth transition between Learning Vehicles (Courses and other components of the Program).
Make Personnel Development Plans for Participants having more difficulties, in order to improve Group’s average and median.


Implement a Quality Assurance Plan (using Modules Evaluations and Personnel Evaluations).
Assure that deliveries (courses, attachments and work assignments) are performed with the required Quality.
Detect any potential problems and take adequate measures to solve them.
Report any deviations from the Program.
-Keep Team Leaders and WSG Manager informed of progress and any changes to the Program.


Prior to every Course or Assignment, brief Instructors explaining the Objectives of the Program in general, and the Course or Assignment in particular.
After every delivery, de-brief Instructors on the acceptance of the class, level of participation and interest, individual behavior/understanding of each participant to detect any required action or initiate adequate approach to improve efficiency of the Program and apprenticeship of the Disciplines.
Ensure that Participants evaluate every Course, Assignment, and Instructor.


Consolidate Evaluation Reports identifying individual performance and progress in the Program.
Ensure that Evaluation Reports arrive to the WSG Manager in due time.


Provide full time active mentoring to the group, establishing individual and collective targets and milestones
Access the participants individually to detect special difficulties
Keep contact with the other WSG teams and with FD to organize conversion periods in an efficient manner.

Establish milestones for each learning aid (course, self-study), verify accomplishment and evaluate performance.
Report individual and team achievements and evolution

Qualifications:
Degree Holder
Can be any of 10 nationalities for which Kuwait immigration will not issue visa
15 years experience
Experience in Coil Tubing, Pumping & Stimulation, Wireline Logging and Preforation.

Must have technical background in Artificial Lift and have following attributes:
Execellent Managerial Skills
Good Technical Skills
Good Communications Skills
Must possess qualities related to mentoring
