The Role:
Role synopsis
Develop, implement and coordinate all Continuous Improvement (CI) Program across the Region

Key accountabilities
- Review CI Strategy annually based on the current strategy and to be align with business needs and requirement
- Develop Annual CI Program with coordination with CI Coach and other CI team within the Region
- Implement the Program
- Coordinate effective CI Training across the region
• Prepare right attendance
• Coordinate with OE central/OE regional to organize the training
• Manage all permit required for CI Coach and Trainer
- Coordinate CI coaching across the region
• Coordinate CI communication in Asia Pacific;
• Provide first pass coach to CI projects
• Optimize CI Coach resource to strengthening CI quality process
• Facilitate coaching to CI projects as appropriate
• CI: connect support
- Coordinate monthly check in within Asia Pacific
• Monthly tracking: up date with all CI projects within the region
• Provide CI project monthly tracking across the region
- Promote CI Behavior

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education
Minimum bachelor degree from technical or business administration

Essential experience and job requirements
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skill
- Have a strong self-driven personality
- Capable communicate in English both verbal and written

Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Having CI Certification - black belt is preferable
- Having experience in implementing CI Program is preferable
