The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The role will provide Administration support to the Operations Supervisor on site and the project staff in Perth and on site. There will be adhoc travel required to site each month. Hours worked are 8 hours per day in Perth and 11 hours when on site.

Responsibilities will include:

• Education and consultation regarding common admin process used across the department.
• Coordination of induction processes for new employees and contractors (including acquisition of equipment, supplies, IDs etc)
• Provide work processing (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat) and PDF support to department and manager. Scope of work includes; general correspondence, technical reports, professional presentations and meeting notes. Work to be accurate and required under tight deadlines.
• Update department’s leave schedule.
• Maintain department’s contact details and roster, holiday and sickness absence records, traveling tracking and emergency contact list for the department.
• Ensure update of department organisation charts in conjunction with department.
• Maintenance of department’s electronic files and hard copy filing
• Distribution of department’s mail, correspondence and faxes.
• Provide typing, filing, photocopying when required
• Diary management
• Maintenance of confidential files
• Coordination and preparation of events/meetings
• Coordinate social functions for department, team building events and other activities as required.
• Book travel and accommodation and arrange itineraries for the department as required.
• Organise/compile pre read for internal/external meetings
• Screen communications (visitors/phone/fax/ letters/ emails) by actioning responses or channelling to other areas for action where possible

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Previous administration experience in a project environment
• Works well with people, collaborative, good written and oral communication skills
• MS Office products

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Site experience
