The Role:
• The Asset Delivery Lead is a newly created position that will support the Operations Support Leader in delivering the overall contract objectives. Working closely with client Operations and Site Managers across a number of Assets, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site based client organisation is working effectively in support of client business objective of being the safest most efficient operator in the North Sea. The role will require significant operational experience, strong leadership and communication skills and a willingness to spend a significant amount of time on site.

• Responsible for implementation of improvement plans to ensure excellent standards of HSE performance are achieved on a consistent basis

• Delivery of Site Annual budgets

• Co-Ordinate all planning, forecasting and organisation of client teams

• Ensure effective delivery against Service Level Agreement

• Effective communication with Contract Management Team and all client teams

• Resource management of core site base organisations

• Lead and support client Teams to deliver effective and efficient operations that are fully aligned to client business objectives and improvement programmes

• Lead and support client Core Teams to deliver competence targets and meaningful application of annual appraisals to reflect continuous improvement

• Carry out regular site visits to foster effective relationships with client Site Managers and the client workforce

• Liaise with client Site Managers to ensure Asset specific objectives and strategies are fully understood and supported

• Identify opportunities for improvement to service delivery and sharing of best practice

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in Operations and Maintenance at a Supervisory or Leadership level
• Proven HSE leadership skills
• Willingness to carry out regular offshore visits
• Appropriate IT skills

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work flexibly under own initiative
• Ability to communicate at all levels of organisation
• Ability to positively challenge others to drive improved performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer focus
