The Company:
With interests in over 20 UK Continental Shelf (UKCS) fields, my Client has one of the most significant exploration and production businesses in the offshore waters of the UK.

The Role:
Asset Integrity Assurance
• Ensures that the strategies that support Asset Integrity Management for all of Plant, Processes and People to assure adequate barrier and process safety capabilities are adhered to.
• Ensuring that asset integrity is taken in to account when designing and implementing modifications.
• In conjunction with other Assurance Team members ensures fitness of physical assets to maintain design intent over full life cycle and enable safe operations at all times.
• Assist Technical Assurance Manager with annual review of barrier health.
• Assist Technical Assurance Manager with compliance with the MoC process is complied with.
• Assist with the development of comprehensive KPIs to drive Asset Integrity Management improvement.

Operations Assurance
• Ensures that the OMS is complied with.
• Lead Operations Excellence (OE) assessments.
• Ensures assets are monitoring and maintaining Operating Envelop
• Ensures compliance with ORA process.
• Ensures that OASCAR process is complied.
• Ensures shutdown durations are within budgeted (duration not financial budget)
• Ensures risks are understood and robust mitigation plans are in place.
• Assurance that robust long term shutdown plans are developed and communicated to all key stakeholders.

Additional duties commensurate with abilities to assist EE&P with continuous improvement and compliance in respect to Asset Integrity and Operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Experience in operating offshore gas or oil producing facilities.
• Strong operations and Asset Integrity experience.
• Adept at working a matrix structure.
• Track record demonstrating success at establishing and delivering against business improvement plans.
• Proven ability to drive improvement.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.

• Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Knowledge of process plant, facilities, utilities, and architecture of offshore gas and oil producing facilities.
• Knowledge of UK legislation and industry best practice.
• OIMs regs desirable.

• Excellent safety leadership.
• Technical professional with broad exposure to E&P business, demonstrated through good working knowledge.
• Mastery in the application of functional assurance processes and skilled in the application of business processes.
