The Role:
***Please be aware this position is for ANGOLAN NATIONALS ONLY***

- Support the team in ensuring that the short and long term infrastructure integrity is maintained through compliance to regulatory, Company and International asset based standards.
- To provide management with regular appraisals of plant information regarding asset integrity
- To lead specialists engaged in the monitoring and application of infrastructure and asset management across the Site of all projects.
- To provide the Site Management with direction on associated Statutory and Standards issues
- To manage an associated competency profile and training requirements for line management personnel.
- To supervise Contractor’ construction Sites, ensuring that asset integrity actions are performed
- To verify that Contractors respect all the relevant HSEQ procedures and regulations.

Main Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Key Activities:
- Implementation and use of a consistent records management system across all sites and will ensure the records management system is aligned with the Compliance Management Process and Company Records Management standards
- Ensuring effective application and leadership to Infrastructure Maintenance, Welding Management, Site Condition Monitoring, Classified Plant Management and associated Inspections for Standards Compliance.
- Challenging and training line management on equipment compliance issues.
- Define future (boundaries) required for all disciplines.
- Develop long term strategic plan for infrastructure integrity maintenance.

Main Interfaces:
- INTERNAL: Project development team, Engineering Team. Other departments (other
technical disciplines, HSE, etc)
- EXTERNAL: Local and Third party authorities, contractors, headquarter project team
and construction dept.

Required Competencies:
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English. Intermediate/good knowledge of
the specific Country language is preferred.
- Commissioning & Start-up: Generic knowledge
- Quality & Safety: Audit & Certification Activities, Operational Security, Contractor

- Construction & Installation: Site Construction, Integration Testing, Inspection,
Control & Testing Techniques
- Project Management: Close-out Repot Preparation, Cost Control, Budgeting
- Technical Specification & Bidding: Tender technical evaluation
- Support and technologies: Standard ISO, ASME, ASNTM, TQM, and Quality
- HSEQ General: Safety Analysis, Preparation of Project Quality Plan, HAZOP and
HAZID, Environmental and HSE Pol. Study
- Compliance: Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Tender procedure, Health of
Site Management, Agreement Required personal capabilities:

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or
offshore facilities.
- At least 5 years of experience in project construction management of oil/gas field
development projects.
