The Role:
Fircroft is representing a global oil & gas operator who is entering the production phase for their Queensland assets. A key role has become available within their Asset Integrity department- as such we are now seeking the skills of an Integrity Support Engineer. This person will be responsible for the definition, project management and effective, implementation of key transformational asset integrity processes.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Project Manage the operationalization of the adopted Integrity Management System
• Develop processes for data transfer, validation, upload and effecting changes
• Ensure processes are accounted for in the new Inspection contract to ensure seamless transition
• Lead the development of contract structures
• Lead the development of a tender evaluation execution model
• Manage the transition arrangements at contract award
• Resolve early phase contract issues
• Support Production Chemistry in defining and improving sampling programmes and corrosion management plans
• Support Field HSSE in ensuring Asset Integrity registers are complete, accessible and available
• Organise baseline thickness measurements for new facilities
• Organise facility piping isometrics c/w TMLs for piping management
• Assist in the development of inspection strategies, processes and procedures.
• Support enhancement of asset integrity processes and procedures including performance standards, written schemes, barrier models, barrier health management, and cumulative risk.

Experience, skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in an Integrity related role, ideally involving the maintenance & integrity management of LNG ad/or Upstream gas compression and processing facilities.
• Experience in the implementation and use of integrity management systems in an oil and gas facility
• Tertiary Engineering qualifications in an integrity related discipline (preference for Mechanical).
• Knowledge of relevant Australian and Industry Standards pertaining to inspection and integrity management.
• Knowledge of Process Safety / Asset Integrity / Safety Case / MAH Avoidance core principles.
• Knowledge of Integrity and Maintenance Management Systems & Processes
• Some knowledge or understanding of key integrity processes such as HAZID, HAZOP, Written Schemes, Safety Cases, ALARP and MoC
