Our client is a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies.

The Role:
The Asset Management of Change (MoC) Coordinator is the focal point for coordination and registration of all activities related to a change from change initiation to approval and close out. The process covers the full life cycle of Assets and all disciplines.
The MOC process ensures that business risk related to change (including HSSE), is identified, mitigated and accepted prior to a change physically occurring.
The main purpose of this position is to provide support on data management and maintenance, within management of change, with a relevant experience to enable judgment calls to be taken whenever needed. Due to the technical nature of Asset MoC, engineering experience is preferred.

a) Maintain the MoC database and SharePoint (intranet) folders.
b) Provide support to the change initiator in preparing change proposals.
c) Set the agenda of the Asset change panel.
d) Facilitate the Asset change panel meeting.
e) Prepare and distribute Asset change panel minutes of meeting.
f) Communicate decisions of the change panel to the wider Asset team.
g) Follow up on actions generated in the Asset change panel and upload supporting documents in SharePoint.
h) Maintain a register of changes.
i) Provide MoC inputs to monthly reports as needed.
j) Provide training assistance to personnel in management of change SharePoint portal if needed.
k) Provide advice to the asset team members on implementation of the MoC process


Essential Skills / Qualifications:
4 to 5 years of experience.
Preferable and engineering degree.

Strong communication skills
Highly organised
Good IT skills – capable using different software applications
