The Company:
Our Client is an Australian Company and leading provider of professional services to the resources & energy sectors and complex process industries. They manage some of the world’s leading projects with 30,000 employees across 40 countries.

The Role:
Supported by their global business, the Mackay team is a leading design and project services organisation that continues to provide Client value and excellence in project delivery. Mackay's Asset Management team also plays a pivotal role within the ANZ Asset Management Group, providing resources and information as required.

Due to a consistent increase in demand, the client is currently expanding their Asset Management Group and is looking for Maintenance and Reliability Engineers/Technical Officers with a solid track record working with electrical equipment.

Based in Mackay offices, there are expectations on your ability to travel and work on site to satisfy client requirements from within the Central Queensland and the greater ANZ Asset Management Group.

Interest is also welcome from engineers interested in short term contract engagements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Proven work history in fixed plant or mobile equipment maintenance
- Electrical trade qualification or preferably have an electrical tertiary qualification in a related engineering / maintenance field
- Significant experience in RCM and RCA processes, as well as facilitation and coaching of criticality analysis, FMEA/FMECA and RAM methodologies
- Must be willing to travel and work on client site as and when required
- Must have full rights to work in Australia

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Preferably coming from the coal or heavy industrial market sectors
- Experience in computerised reliability, inventory and maintenance management systems such as Reliasoft, SAP and PULSE will be highly regarded
