The Company:
Our Client is involved in the international development and exploration of oil and natural gas, as well as managing gas and power, refining/petrochemicals and other midstream/downstream activities.

The Role:
1. Evaluation of Venture asset opportunity or development project, including sensitivity analysis;
2. Scenario modeling of alternative execution or exploitation plans, uncertainties and risks;
3. Surveillance of Venture business with regard to asset integrity;
4. Evaluate, define and secure the optimum asset management for Terminals including analysis of CAPEX / OPEX.
5. Review and analyze the maintenance strategy in line with the international best practice. Provisions of support regarding assumptions relating to products, feedstock markets and prices.
6. To monitor, review and comment – if necessary – on Terminal reports;
7. Conduct a site visit to the asset whenever is needed and report to management with findings.
8. Coordinate with Venture Commercial Manager to protect and achieve terminal objectives.
9. Supervises the daily activity of the Receiving Terminals organization. Manages shareholder seconded employees and direct hires to ensure their participation within their respective ventures as well as to assist in mentoring activity.
10. Negotiates the terms and conditions for all Ventures and pipeline Joint Venture Agreements, TCAs and TAs on behalf of the company. Supervises economic analyses requirements to support pricing structure, market options and other project related aspects impacting these contractual agreements. Initials the final version of these agreements.
11. Responsible for the identification and development of new business opportunities for all LNG Receiving Terminals and associated downstream assets and advises on the current and future trends in the receiving terminals business.
12. Coordinate all contracts and its legal aspects with in-house and outside legal counsel.
13. Leads terminal tariff audits/ reviews of existing and potential terminals receiving Qatar LNG.
14. Lead pipeline tariff audits/ reviews of existing and potential pipelines transporting regasified Qatar LNG.
15. Responsible for the preparation of the annual 5 year budget and manpower planning for the Terminals Group. Upon approval of the budgets, implements, monitors and oversees variances against budget. Responsible for managing and monitoring the budgets for the Receiving Terminal ventures.
16. Liaise with Legal Department / External Lawyers for negotiation of various agreements.
17. Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners and terminal users and Qatar LNG buyers through frequent contacts and networking at conferences and seminars held globally.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
1. B.Sc. in Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
2. Board industry knowledge with major oil & gas company with process/asset management with product trading experience (10 to 15 years);
3. Excellent numerical and analytical skills, good communicator;
4. Experience in managing of projects of a similar nature to the planned portfolio.
