The Company:
Our Client is a global Energy Leader with a strong commitment to Honest and Ethical Business Practices within the Oil and Gas Industry. Our Client operates as an independent energy company. It has four segments: Oil and Gas, Syncrude, Energy Marketing, and Chemicals. The Oil and Gas segment explores, develops, and produces crude oil, natural gas, and related products.

The Role:
•Safety - Conducts all activities in a safe and effective manner and raises safety and environmental issues immediately and in line with corporate policy.

•Leadership - Undertakes the role in line with corporate policy and demonstrates behaviours in line with company’s values at all times. Readily accepts accountability

•Financial - Carries out duties in a way that maximises value and minimises waste and risk.

•Technical/Functional
•Detailed working knowledge and proven abilities with Primavera.
•Ability to create from supply of SOR/SOW/BOD/ITT a meaningful schedule, including CPN, OBS & WBS.
•Be able to deliver precedence networks and demonstrate abilities to logic link activities and plans.
•Conversant with all the key facets of a typical project i.e. Design/Procurement/Fabrication/Onshore Testing.
•Safety is the most important factor in working offshore and it is therefore mandatory that all employees participate fully in the company Competency Programme. This programme establishes competencies, identifies gaps and forms part of the annual review progress establishing training needs and enhancing career development opportunities

•Collaboration - Collaborates with others in the team and looks for opportunities to leverage their network and work with others to develop safe, practical and effective solutions

•Continuous Improvement & Innovation - Continuously develops ways of working by seeking feedback from colleagues and key stakeholders. Complies with company project management disciplines, effectively utilises knowledge databases and actively participates in project reviews

•Capability Development - Looks for opportunities to develop technical and personal skills both by formal learning interventions and work experience. Coaches team colleagues where appropriate and demonstrates a personal commitment to lifelong learning

•People Processes - Engages with people processes in a positive and timely manner. Demonstrates a commitment to the spirit of such processes.

•Performs other duties, completes additional tasks and supports ad hoc projects as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
