The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks an Asset Register Integrity Specialist to join their team.

The Role:
• Provide and resource to check and validate Asset Register Tables and equipment data quality to meet requirements of the JDE E1 CMMS (»150,000 line items)
• Serve as SME interface between Company project Operations, project Engineering and EPC Contractor regarding the development and application of equipment tagging, naming conventions, Asset Register hierarchy and data loading into Asset Register Tables.
• Provide continued monitoring of the quality of equipment data prior to loading and provide feedback to all groups ensuring errors can be corrected by EPC Contractor in a timely manner.
• Develop tracking tools to monitor status of all equipment data issues and follow through until corrections have been resolved.
• Review company and vendor documents and drawings to ensure consistent use of tagging philosophy and taxonomy across all disciplines.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Shall have minimum 5 years previous maintenance planning experience or worked within a maintenance discipline

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Preference given to JDE E1 experience
• Shall be fluent in data base development and software programs such as MS Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, etc.
• Shall be fluent in CMMS equipment data requirements (preferably JDE E1) and have adequate skill sets to develop validation rules to ensure quality of equipment data being loaded into the Asset Register Tables.
• Shall be able to develop and manipulate various database tools to track status of equipment data quality corrections and follow through resolution.
• Shall have the abilities to perform data quality checks against the validation rules and be able to clearly communicate to the EPC Contractor how any errors need to be corrected.
• Shall have good communication skills to interact with EPC Contractor and Company personnel of various disciplines and management levels.
• Able to interpret equiptment drawings and P&ID's.
