The Company:
A luxury Automotive OEM based in the West Midlands. After continued growth & success there are a number of new exciting engineering projects underway and we currently have requirements for experienced engineering professionals.

The Role:
To support the Purchasing Department, by providing operational support across all Purchasing activities to ensure that the Departmental and Business Objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Providing administrative support when and where required, which will include but not be limited to the following:
•Raising and processing Purchase Orders
•Raising and progressing Containments
•Processing Engineering Release Notes
•Progressing Supplier information such as Quotations and SPAP documentation
•Invoice resolution
•Analysis and preparation of data and metrics
•Maintenance of Purchasing Databases
•Other general administration duties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
•Experience within a Purchasing/Supply Chain department would be advantageous.
•Evidence of an aptitude and commitment to rapidly assimilate the needs of the role and deliver against set objectives is essential.
•Flexible approach to work and an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
•Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
•UK driving licence, some UK travel (using company pool cars) may be required.
