1.Oversee the operations of general administration of the section
2.Review and procure appropriate general insurance for the building - coordination with Contracts Dept.
3.Manage the maintenance of motor vehicles (2 Vans and 2 pool cars), renewal road tax and insurance.
4.Manage the maintenance of office building (exclude factory). Coordinate with Maintenance Dept. regarding maintenance or repair works, need to coordinate with fabrication office.
5.Ensure cleanliness of the main office block. To coordinate with factory housekeeping team, to coordinate with fabrication office.
6.Ensure staffs are provided with a proper work station with facilities according to grade level. To coordinate with factory maintenance team.
7.Provision for stationery and uniforms.
8.Reservations for flight air tickets for meetings, staff and workers requirements.
9.Allocation for foreign staffs and workers accommodations - preparation of tenancy agreement and renewal, including Project Dept for staff & workers units.
10.Submit utilities report on monthly basis to QA Dept.
11.Ensure utilities bills for staff and workers units are submitted to Account Dept. for payments
12.Arrange for transportation as and when required. For staffs transfers and pool car.
13.Participate in licensing process i.e. CIDB, SPKK, MOF & TNB. For new application and renewal.
14.Monitoring of security guard daily functions
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Office Administration, Social Science, Law or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
