The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project

The Role:
Responsible for executing relevant sections of the Client Marine Standard (as defined by the Marine Authority)

Responsible for integrating the execution of marine activities including modifications, repairs, diving operations, debottlenecks and contingencies.
Accountable for terminal export demurrage costs, the oil export chokes (for tanker export) in PEI and associated improvement programmes.

Responsible for reputation management with Client IST and Partner shipping departments, in particular the reputation as 'safe, reliable and efficient' terminals.
Responsible for interface management and effective collaboration with the Marine Authority, the Maintenance & Reliability team, Engineering team, OIMs, Marine TA, Naval Architect and Diving Technical Authority.

Responsible for maintaining alignment around IFP planning gates and in field SIMOPS coordination with OIMs and ships captains.
Responsible for tanker scheduling with Finance, Planning and Partner groups.
Contract Account Manager for integrated marine services, pilotage, diving, export support vessels, hose handling, tugs.

Responsible for the interface with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code and SOLAS convention for FPSOs and visiting tankers.
Responsible for the interface with the Classification Society for maintaining "Class" for FPSOs and other permanent offshore structures
Emergency response duties relating marine activity (as defined by the project emergency response procedures)
Accountable for Marine Terminal operations and facilities, including tanker scheduling and maintenance.

Development and maintenance of terminal export operating procedures and associated documentation
Single Point Accountability for Export Terminals and Remote Offload Systems
Ensure compliance with Industry Best Practice, Local, National and International Legislation and Client Group standards

Responsible for vetting approval (in conjunction with Client Shipping) of all export tankers loading at Client terminals
Management of other terminal related contracts

Optimise terminal performance, scheduling, minimise delays and non-productive time – ensuring no production downtime through terminal export activities

Identify areas for improvement in maintenance and operations
Maintain functional relationships with Operations teams within each lifter from Client operated projects in Angola.

Manage relationships with Agents, Inspectors and Government Officials
Represent Clients Angola at national, international and Industry level with respect to terminal and export activities
Responsible for close out of external audit items and self assessment action items
Responsible for sourcing of critical and terminal related equipment and liaise with PSCM for procurement

Standardisation of Documentation and Operating procedures for Clients Angola concerning Terminal and export operations
Liaise with Marine Logistics Team Lead concerning logistics and support for terminal and export operations

Input into development plans for career development of local marine staff and training plans for all marine staff associated with terminal operations
Act as Terminal out of hours contact on rotational basis
Represent and provide terminal and export knowledge expertise for pollution and emergency response

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
HND/HNC or Degree with certificate 10 years experience oil and gas in marine area
