The Role:
-Coordinating with assets/subsidiaries HR Manager by providing information, process in terms of employment visa and work permit personal effect movement and other necessary relocation task.
-Coordinating in organizing introduction to country course and other necessary course/programs e.g. contacting with speaker, preparing course materials, arranging training room & food etc.
-Assisting in preparing overseas assignees’ terms and conditions from the developed pattern as required
-Assisting in preparing information of country prior the location visit, incentive evaluation trip, etc.
-Preparing required information and document to assignees to be submitted to Labour Officer and others compliances
-Improving and keeping information in overseas assignment website up-to-date
-Preparing and putting in place the other communication materials e.g. VDO, Booklet, Manual etc.
-Systematically managing and maintaining data/information both in shared drive hard copy

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, IT or related fields
-2-3 years work experiences in Human Resources, IT or related functions
-Good command of written and spoken English (TOEIC Minimum 650 score)
-Good computer skills and standard software(Ms Office)
-Accuracy and correctness of data and documents
