The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Assist with Planning and scheduling services for Company projects. The Scheduling Assistant will assist the planner/scheduler in supporting the overall project schedule, assisting contractor in development, ensuring the schedule follows the corporate and Company scheduling standards and procedures, and performing schedule audits using the schedule audit checklist.

Assist in the following deliverables as directed by the Company's Project Controls Manager:
•Maintaining the Schedule Basis of the project plan
•Defining the list of activities to represent the project plan
•Ensuring a resource-loaded schedule, including the design allowances
•Develop and maintain procurement schedule, highlighting any areas of potential delay
•Reviewing contractors’ schedules and ensuring contractors’ are in compliance with the corporate and Company scheduling standards and procedures
•Ensure all Contractors’ detail schedules interface activities are accurately reflected in Company’s Project Schedule
•Coordinating and/or performing schedule risk analysis
•Performing periodic baseline schedule maintenance
•Ensuring that any schedule related change to the project plan is documented and approved
•Ensuring all Change Orders are reflected in Contractors’ schedules together with any interface effect on Project Schedule
•Maintaining close liaison with Contractors and Company’s management team to ensure awareness of latest developments and possible problems.

HSE (Note specific training requirements): NSTC, IFC

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Legally authorized to work in the United States
•Bachelor’s Degree or in process of obtaining relevant qualification
•Proficiency in Primavera P6 or a proven ability to understand the concepts of planning

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Experience in working within construction industry
