The Role:
Areas of Responsibilities

1. Contract Administration
• Assist to prepare/draft contractual correspondence
• Create and update administration files both electronically and in hard copy.
• Custodian of registry of correspondences, documents received and dispatched, change order proposal, change order etc.
• Prepare agenda and presentation of contractual/commercial meeting

2. Change Administration
• Coordinate to acquire information to prepare change proposal, final reconciliation, project close-out
• Assist to prepare/draft change clarifications
• Assist to prepare project-specific change procedures

3. Reporting
• Participate in regular project management meetings
• Update and distribute Contract Administration weekly and monthly reports to related parties

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2-year experience in Project Management, Proposal work
• Strong computer skills particularly MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Excellent English (esp. in Speaking & Writing) TOEIC 800
• Good people/coordination skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Team Player but Independent
