The Role:
• Develop cost saving opportunities on Logistics Cost
• Establish new accounts or customers, maintain and grow sales to current customers. Achieve financial targets.
• Perform troubleshooting, service, maintenance and retrofit work according to Siemens guidelines and manuals.
• Design relationship building and cooperate with technicals to achieve own spec-in target.
• Manage and build up strong sales & marketing team (providing continuous guidance & training)
• Drive marketing activities for market penetration, market awareness
• Proactive identification and development of appropriate Value Added Partners and Distributors based on the services and solutions offered and demanded by the market sectors for Thailand

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, Fire Safety or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field of fire business/building automation with in-depth knowledge about customers and competitors in this field. Solid know-how of product, system and applications.
• Effective business competence, initiative and good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and computer literacy
