The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the travel budget for Braking
* Responsible for all travel and related queries
* Travel forecasting, and working with all teams and their test plans to get an accurate forecast in place per month
* Raising e-trackers for all travel
* Arranging and booking all travel - flights / hotels / hire cars / euro tunnels
* Requesting/booking Visas
* Expense claim and receipt checking, inputting into tracker
* Expenses approval chasing
* Ensure effective communication between Gaydon based organisation and the test/development teams working throughout the world
* A clear understanding of Business processes & new business processes; provide a research shop / 'first point of contact' of how to do everything

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong administration background
* The ability to negotiate and build relationships at all levels
* Excellent MS Office skills (Intermediate to Advance user in Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet demanding timescales
* Ability to manage their own work load and drive positive results using their own initiative as part of a small team.
* Financial and Administration
* Able to work effectively in an English speaking team environment and work with the Off-Shore Engineering communities in Europe, India, China and elsewhere.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with Senior Management & the wider Engineering and business teams within the company.
* Ability to manage their own work load and drive positive results using their own initiative as part of a small team operating within a large organisation.
* Demonstrate a positive, proactive & supportive set of behavioural/personality traits that includes the

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Advanced MS Office user in Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Clean UK Driving Licence, but not essential
