The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
The position involves summarising records of reviews to generate reports of progress, and to chase the responsible engineers to set up meetings with suppliers for reviews to take place. The role will involve training to use the AIMS reporting system and the RMDV requirements cascade system, and using of these to promote the timely execution of technical reviews.

Skills Required:
General office skills and computer skills. Ability to communicate effectively. Enthusiasm and energy. Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

Skills Preferred:
It would be beneficial for the candidate to have some experience working with electronics engineers and/or working in the automotive environment.

Experience Required:
Candidate must have experience with Microsoft Office.
Candidate must have experience of administration and chasing to get things done.

Experience Preferred:
Experience working in the automotive industry.
Experience working in an administrative role in the automotive industry.

Education Required:
Microsoft Office essential, Word / Excel / Powerpoint to an advanced level. Proven administrative skills. Good written and communication skills essential.
