The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
• Responsible for the daily transfer of data between the planning, time-writing and work management system.
• Maintain work management system data integrity.
• Create weekly progress reports from the work management system; and distribute.
• Update work management system with weekly progress changes.
• Manage work management system error reporting.
• Co-ordinate work management system data archiving.
• Produce weekly planning reports from the work management system.
• Deliver training for new work management system users.
• Custodian of the work management system process and user work instruction.
• Provide support to the planning team - primarily involved in the inputting into P3 and maintenance of piping and structural abnormalities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Educated to HND level or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.
• Strong Computer skills, MS Office and particular MS Excel.
• P6, WPS and MS Projects planning software experience preferred.
• Preferred experience using Primavera P6 software
