The Role:
• Develop and implement initiatives for recruiting diverse talent to ensure competitiveness in target market.
• Conduct market resource and analyzes local trends in recruiting to target potential candidate.
• Handle internal /external job posting process and coordinate recruitment procedure with the hiring manager as well as provide consultation regarding the writing quality JD and sourcing options of qualified successful candidates, candidate short listing, conduct interviews and ensure the recruitment of quality and skilled employee.
• Manage and Coordinate with Recruitment Agency / Sourcers whenever the recruitment service is required to fill vacant position and ensure the service agreement is in line with the company policy.
• Provide advice and assist clients in manpower planning process as per guidelines.
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
• Develop and implement employment branding activities

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any related field
• Working experience in recruitment at least 7 years and branding activities related
• Fluent in Speaking and Writing English (equivalent to TOEIC score at 600-700)
• Outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desired to excel; and the ability to lead others
• Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Computer Literacy (MS Office- PowerPoint, Excel, Word., etc). Webpage knowledge and Database management skill is a plus.
