The Company:
Our client, an international major oil and gas operator, seeks an Assurance Coordinator to join their team.

The Role:
• Support AIR Team, Project Leadership Team and project team members in execution of Value Improving Practices (VIPs) [including coordination of workshops] and phase-specific assurance reviews.
• Ensure that output actions and associated documentation are tracked and that tracking registers are kept up to date through to completion.

• Maintain existing Phase 3 Project Execution Plan (PEP) for the Offshore Project and support development of the Phase 4 PEP in accordance with PEP Development Process.
• Coordinate and manage completion of all PEP Focus Areas by Focus Area Owners, including AIR Team Focus Areas (Interface Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Management of Change, VIP and Best Practice, Lessons Learned).
• Ensure Detailed Plans are incorporated in to the Project Integrated Schedule for Phase 4, together with associated logic.

Plan Phase 3/4 PEER Review:
• Identify end of phase project team deliverables. Reconcile deliverables with Co-Venturer requirements.
• Ensure all project team deliverables completed within agreed timeframe. Engage with PEER Review Coordinator in planning and execution of PEER Review.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Suitable Degree in Engineering/Project Management/Commercial or equivalent experience
• 5+ yrs experience gained in a similar role within Oil and Gas Industry in a Major Capital Project.
• Experience working in a multidiscipline team environment is desired since responsibilities impact nearly all functional disciplines on the project, including external (FEED) contractors

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Good communication skills required both written and oral at all levels both internally and externally. Ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Excellent Presentation Skills required.
• Familiarity with project planning and execution practices is required to effectively communicate AIR Team function and deliverables to project personnel.
• Excellent Microsoft Office computing skills required.
