The Role:
 Conduct the validation and verification of the climate change projects (e.g., CDM, VCS, Gold Standard, ISO 14064, Carbon Footprint, and Energy Management).
 Manage the project activity including project planning and execution, budgeting and risk management.
 Communicate with project participant, consultant and regulator.
 Conduct the research on international and national climate change and energy policy, technology and methodology.
 Review and ensure the compliance with the procedure and decision made by CDM
 Executive Board and other climate change schemes.
 Networking with oversea offices, industrial association, and authorities, etc.
 Cross-functional and team working on both operational and technical functions

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University graduates in the area of environment, heat and power generation, renewable energy, mechanical, industrial chemical, economics or equivalent.
Integrative knotweeds of both sciences and business and operational management.
Knowledge of or have an interests in Kyoto Protocol and relevant climate change schemes and management.
Experience in power generation industry, chemical manufacturing, manufacturing industries, environmental management, energy efficiency/management or equivalent.
High proficiency in English comprehension and communication.
Skill in project management, communication and presentation.
Result driven, open-minded, and self-motivate with high integrity on professional and ethical standards.
High analytical skills, adaptable to diversity, accountable, independent and team oriented.
Has lead auditor minimum ISO14000, ISO 18000
